Payment and shipping

Payment

We use the services of payment provider Mollie. You can pay from anywhere in the European Union using Credit Card or PayPal. From the Netherlands you can also pay using Ideal. From Belgium also with Bancontact, KBC/CBC and Belfius Direct. From Germany also with Sofort Banking.

We may charge extra for using Credit Card or PayPal payments, but never more than the extra cost we get charged for these payment methods.

Taxes

We are based in the Netherlands and collect applicable salestax here for all sales to consumers within the EU. All sales to consumers in the EU will therefore be charged with 21% VAT (BTW).

Shipping methods

We use PostNL for all shipments. We only ship within the European Union. Within the Netherlands we charge €5,99, everywhere else we charge €9,99.

We have great experience with PostNL, if anything goes wrong with your shipment anyway, it will be insured - this is a relief for both you and us!

Transit times

Products that are in stock and have been ordered and paid before 16:00 (4PM CET) will usually be shipped, from our warehouse in the Netherlands, the same day. Most of the time this is possible, but in case it is not, we guarantee shipment within 24 hours. When your package will arrive depends on your country.

Specially ordered

Specially ordered products will not be taken back!
